This includes corporate or retail facilities. Whether it you have a broken toilet or a broken flag pole we can professionally service your needs with a cost effective comprehensive service program. Our ability to respond fast and communicate clearly guarantees your locations will be treated with the care and attention it needs. Most of our clients work from a work order system with a priority ranking system of 1 through 5. 1 being the least urgent and 5 requiring onsite service within 4 hours.

Budget Maintenance offers a program to complement your existing maintenance staff or as a stand alone program.
Program is usually completed during off-hours. We provide a skilled trained technician to proactively police all areas of the building(s) and replace any burned out bulbs. Customers can provide stock or we can provide stock. Reporting is completed to show where, what kind and how many bulbs were changed. This enables their maintenance staff to handle more pressing issues.
Alternate services complete re-lamping of buildings - All light bulbs throughout the building are replaced at the same time. This is done to minimize intermittent burned out bulbs with the expectation that the bulbs will have the same light life expectancy.

Budget Maintenance offers schedule or one-time exterior cleaning services of parking lots, parking garages or any kind of exterior structure or lot.
We use ride on sweepers, portable blowers, power-washers and other resources to effectively clean up winter salt, road grime or any kind of debris from your facility. This may also include detail cleaning of stair towers. Services are usually completed after hours or weekends to limit any burden to facility users.
