A sincere concern for the environment and the health of our customers and their buildings has prompted Budget Maintenance, Inc. to adopt cleaning practices, products and an overall corporate culture that is in alignment with the growing Green Cleaning movement.
There is a groundswell of social and political support to bring green building to the mainstream and Budget Maintenance has green procedures and practices in place and is continually staying ahead of the competition to do whats best for the environment, the buildings that we work in and the people with whom we partner.
Cleaning effectively, without harming the environment, has always been Budget Maintenances objective but now we can do it as part of a program that includes safer products and procedures through our Green&Clean cleaning program. Green&Clean includes environmental site assessment, employee behavior modification and the use of Green Seal products. Budget Maintenance is also using high efficiency vehicles like the efficient Toyota Prius hybrids and Dodge Sprinter and mandating recycling and reusing policies that make us a strong choice for commercial property owners who care about the future.

state transportation officials to systematically provide sponsored maintenance in thirteen states including Pennsylvania.
With the slogan, Pennsylvania Business is Picking Up, Sponsor A Highway and PennDOT have been beautifying roadways for more than fifteen years and Budget Maintenance is proud to sponsor some of the areas busiest.
Of course were happy to have the exposure, said company marketing manager Bob Huff, but even more gratifying than the impression were leaving on the community and on potential customers is the impression were having on the environment.
Budget Maintenance currently funds the maintenance, including litter pick up and sweeping of three miles of Chester and Montgomery Counties most important highways with plans to sponsor more:
Route 422: East of Route 23 Ramp, King of Prussia
Route 30: West of Pottstown Pike, Exton
Route 202: South of Route 422 Ramp, Wayne

An abandoned lot in Pottstown; a litter-strewn median in King of Prussia; a hillside full of garbage in Reading, community blight exists everywhere Budget does business and were asking Budget customers to challenge us to help.
Its a simple program: Identify an area of blight and extreme litter and, for each issue of the Budget Response, we will select one of the areas to completely revitalize. We will showcase the area in the following issue so you will see were serious about cleaning and serious about contributing to the communities we clean in.
Blight Area Criteria: Budget must be provided legal access to the area. Suggested areas must be in Chester, Montgomery or Berks counties and we would prefer high profile areas that can make an immediate impact on the communities we all work, play and live in.
